kids cowboy pie Recipe
4 or 5 medium to large potatoes
2 medium tins of baked beans
1 tin of hotdogs
cheese

Peel, chop potatoes, put in pan with water, bring to boil them simmer till potatoes are soft.
When potatoes are nearly cooked put beans on a gentle simmer.
chop hotdogs into bitesized chunks, no need to cook these first.
drain and mash potatoes.
put beans and chopped hotdogs into suitable sized casserole dish.
spread mashed potatoes onto beans and sausages.
sprinke grated cheese on top.
put under hot grill till cheese bubbles and browns.
serve and enjoy!
